*siiiiiiiigh*
disappointment comes again in the form of a Game 7 loss. i seriously don't even care about the western conference finals, i hate both teams. i hate the lakers cause well, they're the lakers. and i hate the timberwolves cause for one they beat my team, and two, i hate kevin garnett. he had a great game on his b-day, i can't deny that. but i also can't deny that he got punked by a guy a foot and a half shorter than him, in front of his entire bench.
seeing KG get a fatty forearm to his face from Anthony Peeler was the greatest thing since seeing Doug Christie punch Rick Fox in the face.
oh well, there's always next year. and i can't believe the Kings want a new arena. the maloof brothers did a hell of a job turning this team around, and maybe they deserve it. but they're gonna stick it right in the middle of downtown sacramento and traffic will never be the same. it's bad enough...

Fling, i feel your pain. one thing that you will soon learn, is that Rick Adelman is a GREAT coach. however, he sucks when the pressure is on in the playoffs. his teams always make dumb decisions and crumble under the pressure. its just a fact that i've come to accept. (I was a HUGE blazer fan back when he was coaching them, the King did the exact same thing the Blazers did every year under Adelman)

bah...fine then, I'll be the bastard bay area traitor...o well...
I had to pick any team my parents hated and they were A's, Radiers, Seals, Kings (NBA) and Warrior fans...so I had to pick the opposite so I got the Giants, 49ers, Kings (NHL) and Lakers since LA was the next closest city at the time...

It might be nice to see LA win the title this year. Guys like Payton and Malone signed on thinking that this was the only way left they could win a championship. So in a sense I'd like to see them get it...but then again, maybe they could win it the RIGHT way...GO T-WOLVES

i got your back till the end with those words, willy.
LA lost game 1, i hope they lose them all. i think it'd be fitting for guys like malone and payton to have signed on to LA thinking it was a sure thing to get a ring, then fail in the WCF to the t wolves.

 Anyone noticed without the Jordan and the Bulls...all that matters is who wins the Western Finals...lol...
The Eastern teams high point is just having the privilige to lose to a team from LA or Texas...
I can tell you the last 4-5 years of the best final games, but in fact they are just the Western Finals, not the actual finals...looking at history pages...you have to go to 89-90 to find another team right after the whole laker/celtic era and before the Bulls era :boink:
